Project and Submission Requirements
All projects must be built from scratch on the day of the event. Pre-built projects will be disqualified.
Each team must submit the following by the end of Build Session Two:
- A video recording demonstrating the working prototype
- A short project description covering the problem solved, why it matters, and how the solution works
- A link to the GitHub repository containing the project code
Incomplete submissions will not be considered for judging.
Prizes
Prizes for the winning team are provided by our partners Major League Hacking (MLH) and Google. Full prize details will be announced at the event.
Judging Criteria and Winner Selection
All submissions will be evaluated by our panel of judges from AmaliTech based on the following criteria:
- Innovation — Is the idea genuinely new or does it solve an existing problem in a better way?
- Technical Execution — Does the prototype work? Is it well built?
- Real-World Applicability — Could this solution be used outside of this room?
Each criterion carries equal weight. The panel's decision is final. The winning team will be announced during the week following the event and awards will be presented in due time.
